Despatch: Normally within two working days of receipt of payment, Allow a further three working days for delivery ( UK Mainland only, Excluding Northern Scotland )

Payment: In order to minimise administration costs we do not offer credit facilities, Payment via BACS or cheque/Draft should accompany your order. Official orders from Local Authorities or similar bodies are accepted.

Electrical Safety: Products supplied are sold as components only comply with current safety regulations but it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the wiring is safe and that there use of our products complies with current legislation. All sales are made on the specific understanding that the purchaser is familiar with the safe use and application of all items purchased and is engaged in trade, we do not accept orders from retail customers.

General: All statements contained within our literature is believed to be accurate but we accept no responsibility for omission or error, howsoever caused. In any dispute our liability is limited to the invoice value of the disputed goods.

Plug Legislation: You must fit correctly wired 13amp 3 pin plug fitted with a 3 amp fuse to any complete lamp base you sell. ( Plugs may be moulded or conventional screw type ).

CE Labelling Legislation: If you sell complete products to the public you must mark all lampbases with ‘CE’ mark to confirm that they are safe and comply with current safety regulations. Labels for this purpose are 17p for a strip of 5 - Order Ref CEW
